a Thanksgiving challenge for you 🧡

Hi my friend,

Thanksgiving is nearly here—and you know what that means: lots of food, family, and football.

As most people do the normal, “I’m thankful for my faith, family, friends…,” I am thinking a bit deeper this year (what a surprise).

The truth is, gratitude takes on various looks and meanings as we grow through life.

I wouldn’t know resilience, compassion, determination, and courage like I do today without those dang hard times and realizations through this journey.

Struggles are a funny thing. They’re often invisible—you may never know or see what someone else is going through. We can be so quick to assume someone’s life is perfect on the outside, but that’s not often the case.

We all fight hard things. Life is tough—but those same struggles (like this quote says!) are the ones that reveal our inner strengths and the resilience we need to keep moving forward.

So this Thanksgiving, I’d like to challenge you to think a little differently:

Your Action Step: Think about the hardest thing you have made it through. Be thankful for the strength you've had in the struggle. I bet your strength has inspired and encouraged someone else in your life too. Something else to be grateful for!

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours 🧡

With love,

Jamie

P.S. All of these quotes are from my new book, Keep Doing You – and I think you'll love it, my friend. Get your copy here.
