think blessed, not stressed š§”
Hi my friend,
Itās the end of the year ācrunch time ā for so many people.
Thereās a million deadlines and calendars packed with travel plans. The kids are off from school or coming back home, youāre getting ready to see relatives whose company you may or may not enjoy, and it's about time to break out all those boxes of Christmas decorations in your attic š
I know thereās so much on your plate, First name / my friend. I feel it too!
And it can be easy to look at everything happening around you and get overwhelmed and stressed.
But wait. Instead of staring down at that to-do list and feeling anxiety rise up inside you, what if you tried something a little different?
What if you took a minute to think, Iām blessed instead of Iām so stressed?
Thatās when the magic happens. Suddenly your to-do list doesnāt seem as daunting or significant anymore.
When youāre able to pause, take a deep breath, and think Iām blessed, not stressed, youāll shift your focus from āI have-toā to āI get to.ā Youāll discover what really matters: the little moments and blessing in every day life. After all, tomorrow isnāt promised for each of us.
Your Action Step: Stress is bad for usāboth physically and mentality. Sure, you can meditate (Iām working on that!). But today, just start by thinking āblessed,ā not āstressed.ā
When you feel overwhelmed this week, pause, take a breath, and focus on the blessings, not the stress, in your life. Thereās so many things to be grateful for.
I know the holidays can feel crazy busy. Donāt let the stress of busyness steal your positive mindset and the blessings you experience every day.
Remember, you're not āstressed,ā just āblessedā! š§”
With love,
Jamie
