think blessed, not stressed šŸ§”

Hi my friend,

Itā€™s the end of the year ā€œcrunch time ā€ for so many people.

Thereā€™s a million deadlines and calendars packed with travel plans. The kids are off from school or coming back home, youā€™re getting ready to see relatives whose company you may or may not enjoy, and it's about time to break out all those boxes of Christmas decorations in your attic šŸ˜‰

I know thereā€™s so much on your plate, First name / my friend. I feel it too!

And it can be easy to look at everything happening around you and get overwhelmed and stressed.

But wait. Instead of staring down at that to-do list and feeling anxiety rise up inside you, what if you tried something a little different?

What if you took a minute to think, Iā€™m blessed instead of Iā€™m so stressed

Thatā€™s when the magic happens. Suddenly your to-do list doesnā€™t seem as daunting or significant anymore.

When youā€™re able to pause, take a deep breath, and think Iā€™m blessed, not stressed, youā€™ll shift your focus from ā€œI have-toā€ to ā€œI get to.ā€ Youā€™ll discover what really matters: the little moments and blessing in every day life. After all, tomorrow isnā€™t promised for each of us.

Your Action Step: Stress is bad for usā€”both physically and mentality. Sure, you can meditate (Iā€™m working on that!). But today, just start by thinking ā€œblessed,ā€ not ā€œstressed.ā€

When you feel overwhelmed this week, pause, take a breath, and focus on the blessings, not the stress, in your life. Thereā€™s so many things to be grateful for.

I know the holidays can feel crazy busy. Donā€™t let the stress of busyness steal your positive mindset and the blessings you experience every day.

Remember, you're not ā€œstressed,ā€ just ā€œblessedā€! šŸ§”

With love,

Jamie
